Servicing & Glycol Replacement

Maintenance of your thermal solar system is essential in order to maintain its efficiency and output to maximise your return on investment.

Over time the fluids within the system can break down and potentially freeze during particularly cold weather so it is important that your system undergoes an annual service and glycol replacement. In some instances glycol can also overheat leading to a reduction in the lifespan and efficiency of the fluid and potentially an unwanted blockage of liquid within the system which could cause potential corrosion of the pipework, cylinder, or the panels themselves.
