Changing Room Refurbishment
Huttie were appointed by the main contractor to carry out the mechanical and electrical fit-out of a new changing room for Melbourn Village College.
This project enabled us to demonstrate our multi-skilled in-house team of engineers with our mechanical, electrical, and HVAC departments all working in tandem.
The installation involved:
- Small power and containment systems
- Lighting design and installation
- Earthing and bonding
- Ventilation system
- Heating system
- New sanitary ware
- Hot and cold water services
- Above-ground drainage services
Delivered in tandem with the main contractor our in-house expertise ensured the job was completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction. With the required trades falling under one roof the Huttie team demonstrated their flexibility and multi-skilled engineers.
