New Air Conditioning System
Huttie were appointed to carry out the installation of a new Daikin VRV air conditioning system throughout the hotel for Swynford Manor in Six Mile Bottom.
Being a well known and highly respected venue in the local area, the opportunity to undertake this project during such a hard-time for the hospitality industry, the first Coronavirus lockdown was in full-swing, ensured that the Huttie team was solely focused on providing a top-quality finished product which would serve the venue well in the years to come.
The installation involved:
- 11 x new indoor ducted units
- 1 x new outdoor unit
- Individual hard-wired controllers for each bedroom
- A centralised I-Touch control for staff
We worked with management at Swynford Manor to design a bespoke system to suit their specific needs which involved black-out indoor units within the bedrooms, to fit in with the stylish décor, and both individual and centralised controls to enable maximum customisation for guests.
Delivered during the first Coronavirus lockdown, there was a strict deadline to ensure the venue could re-open for visits and new promotional marketing for when weddings and functions could be held again.
