Service & Maintenance Contracts

Our service and maintenance contracts are designed to offer annual service cover of the primary gas or electric* heating source within one designated property per contract.

In addition to an annual service, the contract will also cover emergency call-outs for any plumbing, heating, electrical, air conditioning, and drainage works within the boundary of the designated property.

All works are carried out by our team of certified engineers.

What Is Included?

• The contract will cover one property only at the address stated
• The annual service will be for one primary heating source only (including servicing certification) at the address stated
• A call-out will be one hour of labour onsite only at the address stated

*Bespoke contracts are also available for oil boilers, renewable energy solutions, and other appliances on request
